Seezunge

grilled Dover sole, topped with crawfish, cucumber, and dill; butter-poached potatoes, shellfish-cognac sauce

Reh Steak

venison backstrap steak, a hash of roasted sweet potatoes, Brussel’s sprouts, apple, red wine jus

Hirtenkuchen

mushrooms, carrots, peas, Brussels’ sprouts, and lentils, topped with a puree of cauliflower, Yukon gold, and sweet potatoes
